Log a Complaint


How to Complain


  1. Choose the email address that you wish to log a complaint with.

  2. Clearly state the sector/ company you are logging a complaint about.

  3. State the area in which you are complaining.

  4. Provide facts about what happened - include names, dates, times, costs, etc.

  5. Provide any evidence - attach photographs if possible.

  6. State if you wish to remain anonymous or not.
